STRETCH & MOBILITY

Flexibility and mobility in strength are the true bases of athleticism in our dance technique! This class will improve the flexibility and strength dancers need to perform any and all techniques, execute fundamentals and improve range of motion.

CONTEMPORARY

Where feeling and emotion meet interpretation and technique, contemporary takes on a journey from the depths of core to explore movement. Class combines modern techniques and choreography to push dancers to connection to self space and music.

HIP HOP

Bounce groove and rock out in hip hop class at VIIIZON where it’s guaranteed a party. Class works through fundamentals and elements of hip hop while learning fun upbeat choreography.

Jazz Funk

A spin on the sass and lines of jazz with the funk and energy of hip hop. Full out fun!

Heels

Confidence and sass! Come explore your movement and fierce side with a fun and free heels class. Thursdays explore a quicker based choreography driven class focusing on execution and performance of heels technique and choreography. Beginning heels on Saturdays focuses on technique and how to retain and pick up choreography.

Capoeira

Brazilian Afro Indigenous “dance fighting”, capoeira brings us play, precision and discipline, join us on Tuesdays Thursdays Sundays for a community class to explore the art of capoeira.
